Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our Cardiology Unit. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring the seamless delivery of patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality nursing services to patients and their families;
- Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet individual needs;
- Mentoring and supporting less experienced staff to enhance their skills and confidence;
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia;
- A minimum 3 years' post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse;
- Demonstrated skills in supervising less experienced nurses;
- In-depth knowledge of the Associate Nurse Unit Manager role, relevant healthcare legislation, and quality improvement systems within healthcare settings.
