Medical Assistant Role

As a Medical Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will thrive on using your excellent communication and organisational skills to provide a high level of customer service and support our team.

  1. Providing an outstanding level of customer service by being friendly, professional and approachable.
  2. Supporting Specialists by being their first point of contact and providing administrative assistance as required.
  3. Having a good understanding and experience in running and managing consulting sessions, including coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records.

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Medical Assistant who is proud of their work ethic and loves their role. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, have excellent organisational skills and possess a strong attention to detail. They will also have experience working with medical terminology, health funds and Medicare.
