We are seeking an experienced and skilled Medical Support Professional to join our medical services team.

About the Position

We are looking for someone who values teamwork and has a high regard for quality patient care. This role provides front-line support and has responsibilities including guiding patients through administrative and financial aspects of their treatment.

Key tasks include:

  • Providing exceptional reception and secretarial services to patients, doctors, and staff.
  • Greeting patients and visitors personally and over the phone.
  • Scheduling appointments for patients.
  • General office and administrative duties.
  • Opening and closing the clinic as required.

About You

Candidates will possess:

  • Strong communication and IT skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar medical support role (an advantage).
  • The ability to multitask.
  • A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience using medical software (an advantage).
  • Critical attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
