Job Role:

The Medical Receptionist position offers an ideal opportunity to establish a career in the medical sector.

  • As the first point of contact, you will greet patients, manage appointments, billing, and payments, ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Key responsibilities include handling phone calls, booking and confirming appointments, accurately documenting patient information into clinical software, and performing administrative tasks to maintain a smooth clinic operation.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Permanent residency in Australia with valid work rights is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in medical reception or a related field would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Knowledge of medical software packages, particularly HealthTrack, is highly desirable.
  • A current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, written, and keyboard skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Professional demeanor, friendly attitude, and strong work ethic.
