Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador for Water Solutions to join our team at Iplex Brendale. This full-time position involves ensuring high-class service to all our customers, both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for customer service via phone and emails, processing quotes & orders, following up on sales opportunities, data entry, and ensuring pricing information is correct.

Key Responsibilities:
