Job Title: Pawnbroker Loan Service

We are seeking a dedicated pawnbroker loan service and retail assistant to join our team.

In this full-time role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and managing our pawnbroking loan services. With a focus on building lasting relationships, your role will be crucial in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and personalized pawnbroking loan services, including assessing items, negotiating loan terms, and processing transactions.
  • Assist customers with retail purchasing, returns, and enquiries in our jewellery and pawnshop.
  • Maintain accurate records and administrative processes for all pawnbroking and retail activities.
  • Ensure the retail space is well-presented, stocked, and secure at all times.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the business through sales, customer service, and teamwork.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a pawnbroking, retail, or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail for processing financial transactions.
  • A keen eye for quality and design, with the ability to assess the value of jewellery and other goods.
  • A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
