We are looking for an experienced Loan admin assistant to join our team. Your week will be filled with the ultimate satisfaction of seeing people achieve their home ownership dreams

**The Role**
- General Admin and reception duties
- Assist brokers with files, booking appointments, and client management
- Maintain key relationships and liaise with banks and conveyancers to resolve any queries
- Support existing clients with their home loan queries

**The Skills**
- 1 year's minimum experience working either as a loan admin or in related fields such as mortgage broking, banking or home finance using systems such as AOL
- Marketing, social media skills and customer service background will be highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work in both an unsupervised and busy office environment
- Overseas banking experience considered

**The Perks**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
