Job Overview

This is a leadership role that involves heading the commercial team, identifying new business prospects, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing the go-to-market strategy and driving sustainable business growth in B2C channels.
  • Analyzing P&Ls, translating insights into actionable plans, and owning business performance across the Australian market.
  • Managing expense budgets for marketing and general administrative operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining financial processes.
  • Establishing high-value partnerships to expand brand awareness and drive direct sales.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to leverage distribution networks and marketing platforms.
  • Driving data-informed decision-making through strategic business analysis.
  • BUILDING a team to own the full marketing funnel and ensure spend is efficient and effective.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury cruise, travel, or hospitality industries.
  • Excellent sales network and good knowledge of partners/major customers in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in leading teams, managing P&L, and delivering commercial growth.
