This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales/Leasing Executive roles, ready to take on a new challenge.
Position Overview:
As the Director of Agency, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in South Australia. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of agency operations, building and leading a high-performing team, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Strategically develop the division, mentor, and guide a team of Sales & Leasing Executives.
- End-to-End Service: Manage the entire process from initial contact through negotiations and finalizing deals for CBD and CBD fringe properties.
- Business Development: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients, leveraging your professional network.
- Lease Management: Oversee the evaluation and negotiation of lease agreements, renewals, and other related transactions.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong network in the local Commercial Property market and a deep understanding of the latest trends.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial concepts, leasing & sales procedures, management of operations, and trade mix planning.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure leasing contracts.
- Proactive, resourceful, and a strong team player with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
