About the Job:
  • We are seeking a skilled and welcoming Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to every guest, setting the tone for their experience with us.
  • This includes taking guest orders and making recommendations from our menu, as well as working closely with colleagues to deliver seamless food service.
  • Owning your section at the barista station, banqueting services or restaurant floor, ensuring it is always well stocked and clean and safe place to work.
  • Receive and process guest payments efficiently and accurately.
Key Requirements:
  • Morning and daytime availability.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid RSA certification for the relevant state.
  • Great communication skills - you will be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Exceptional timekeeping and reliability.
