Open 7 days a week, Bicicletta offers a unique setting to share meals with family and friends or enjoy expertly crafted cocktails. Our friendly and professional team will provide exceptional service in our stylish surroundings.

Guests can dine in our open-plan restaurant, relax in the leafy courtyard, or have an intimate meal in the Library Bar. We also cater to group diners with two beautifully appointed private dining rooms and customized menus available.

We are seeking a skilled Service Superstar as Food & Beverage Attendant on a casual basis. This role involves:

  • Taking food & beverage orders
  • Delivering prepared orders
  • Creating a memorable and personalized dining experience for patrons
  • Collaborating with team members for seamless service
  • Setting up and packing down of the restaurant, including cleaning and restocking
  • Processing transactions
  • Handling patron feedback professionally and escalating as necessary

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Valid RSA certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster with morning and evening availability
