Job Description

We are seeking an experienced programme co-ordinator to lead our national operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating remote operations across the country, including Antarctic stations and offshore stations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with experience leading diverse teams in remote and hostile environments. You will also have a proven track record of developing and implementing quality working relationships with stakeholders, responding to needs, managing expectations, and solving problems.

This is a challenging role that requires outstanding communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. You will be required to develop and implement strategies to improve operational activities and ensure delivery to defined service levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating remote operations, including Antarctic stations and offshore stations
  • Leading diverse teams in remote and hostile environments
  • Developing and implementing quality working relationships with stakeholders
  • Responding to needs, managing expectations, and solving problems
