About the Role

The REA Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our Mortgage Choice Learning & Development Team. As a key strategic partner, you will drive training and development initiatives for the Mortgage Choice broker network, leveraging your expertise in learning and development to design and deliver impactful programs that enhance franchisee performance and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a coordinated program of learning tailored to the unique needs of our audience, underpinned by the principles of business success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, design innovative learning solutions, and deliver programs that drive business results.
  • Lead initiatives related to onboarding new recruits, up-skilling existing brokers, delivering new initiatives, and driving successful change across the business.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, contribute to the development of L&D strategies, and lead initiatives to continuously improve learning practices across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV Training & Assessment a must, Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, HR, Learning Sciences, Leadership and Management or a related field is preferred. Advanced degree or certification is a plus.
  • 5 years experience in senior learning and development roles, with demonstrated expertise in L&D strategy, program development, program management, and leadership development.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing impactful learning solutions that drive business results.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principals and human centric design as well as agile methodologies, and project and change management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • The ability to build relationships, become a trusted advisor and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience working with learning management systems (eg Docebo) and learning analytics tools preferred.
