Finance Manager Job Description

As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting. You will work closely with Fund Managers, investors, and auditors to provide end-to-end financial reporting support, drive process improvements and bring clarity and confidence to complex accounting challenges.

  • Partnering with Fund Managers to deliver comprehensive financial reporting across multiple mandates.
  • Leading the preparation and review of statutory accounts, board papers, and investor reports.
  • Responding to audit queries and preparing accounting treatment memos.
  • Managing tax compliance, including BAS, taxable income statements, and annual returns.
  • Driving special projects and process improvements, standardising best practices across mandates.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members, fostering collaboration and excellence.

Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified and CA/CPA accredited professional
