We are seeking a skilled professional to support clients in accessing services and navigating their care options. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, promoting the Care Connect proposition, and coordinating between clients, advisors, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them in accessing services and navigating their care options.
- Promote the Care Connect proposition and maximise client outcomes by coordinating between clients, client advisors, and partnered service providers.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all interactions are handled with care and professionalism.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with care managers and service providers to ensure the best possible client outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A qualification or formalised training in Customer Service, Business Administration or equivalent is essential.
- In the absence of a completed qualification, a minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume inbound phone contact role or related field with a proven track record of exceeding client expectations.
- Experience in CHSP or health/community services with care coordination is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong communication and time management skills; comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Full Australian working rights; Current Police & Working With Children Checks.
