Becoming a Field Service Heavy Duty Mechanic is an exciting opportunity to utilize your extensive experience in maintaining Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment. Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and undertaking preventative maintenance on mobile fleets both in the field and workshop areas.

Requirements
  • A recognized heavy duty trade qualification from Australia
  • Experience working with CAT, Komatsu, mining equipment, with exceptional knowledge in engine, powertrain, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Detailed diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • The ability to work safely unsupervised and set priorities to deliver real value for customers
  • Australian permanent work rights
  • A valid Australian driver's license, along with HRWLs such as forklift, rigging/dogging would be highly regarded
  • The ability to meet all site access requirements
