Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service at reception, over the phone, and in all written correspondence
  • Process new memberships and promote information on our facilities, classes, and services
  • Make bookings and process payments
  • Perform open and close procedures, cash reconciliations, and banking duties

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to perform a range of administrative duties, including data and word processing, filing, and photocopying
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems and MS suite
  • A National Police Check is essential prior to commencing in the role
