Senior Management Opportunity

We are the leading provider of aged care social support services in the Northern New England region of NSW.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of coordinators and staff across our key service streams: Transport, Social Support, and Meals on Wheels.
  • Evaluate compliance with the New Aged Care Act and Support at Home standards.
  • Maintain communication with funding managers and oversee reporting and acquittals.
  • Deliver high-quality services supported by strategic planning.
  • Implement operational plans according to Board direction.
  • Manage organisational finances and ensure accountability.
  • Promote the organisation across the region and strengthen community partnerships.
  • Oversee HR, workforce development, and Work Health & Safety improvements.
About You:
  • Proven leadership experience in the community or aged care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and funding requirements within aged care services or similar.
  • Ability to lead strategic and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, staff, and community partners.
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive, professional, and values-based workplace culture.
