Key Role

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our Agribusiness team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing diverse portfolios and delivering tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage relationships with key customers, providing strategic financial advice and integrated solutions that support their long-term business objectives.
  • Drive portfolio growth through effective relationship management, acquisition of new customers, and expense management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations, industry trends, and challenges, helping them make informed financial decisions.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of pre-farmgate and post-farmgate markets to build strong networks and expand business opportunities.
  • Ensure a high standard of credit quality across the portfolio by identifying and managing credit risk effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
  • A passion for relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A background in banking, finance, or agribusiness, with a strong understanding of the agricultural sector.
  • Growth mindset and enthusiasm to learn, develop, and succeed in a business development-focused environment.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities.
