
Chief Financial Coordinator

Job Overview
This is a key role in the finance administration team, providing critical support to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial reconciliation and research support to ensure accurate records
- Identify and rectify missing or inaccurate information in collaboration with stakeholders
- Raise and follow up on invoices and purchase orders as required
- Manage expense claims efficiently
- Maintain databases, files, and other vital records
- Ensure all internal queries are responded to promptly and accurately
- Support weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reporting activities
- Offer additional administrative assistance to the Finance team as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in finance administration is essential
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail are crucial
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are necessary
- Proficiency in MS Office packages is required
- Understanding of basic accounting principles is essential
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary
- Previous experience in similar roles within industries such as mining, construction, or engineering is preferred
