Collaborative HR Partner

This is a challenging HR position within an inner-city location.

  • This role will involve building strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, providing coaching and mentoring to uplift their capability in the people remit.

About you

  • You will be an experienced HR practitioner with a passion for people and a strong, contemporary approach to HR.
  • Demonstrate an analytical and commercial approach to achieving business outcomes and thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders to address emerging and current issues and needs.
  • Review complex client HR issues and consult with senior managers to coordinate development of strategies, interventions and plans.
  • Support colleagues and provide expert procedural advice on Employee Relations issues.
