Imagine having the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries.

As a seasoned HR Business Partner/Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and delivering People & Culture Plans, as well as providing operational HR support to small to medium-sized businesses.

Your key responsibilities will include advising, coaching, and training managers on HR management areas, including performance management, leadership development, Fair Work Act, and Award terms and conditions. You will also facilitate employee engagement surveys and action planning, HR Health Checks, and develop HR Plans that focus on culture, compliance, and upskilling managers.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will play a critical role in resourcing strategy - attracting, selecting, and onboarding new team members for clients. This includes developing EVP/Employer Brand strategies with clients to address current sourcing challenges. You will also manage HR/ER/L&D projects such as employee engagement surveys, developing position descriptions, P&Ps, performance and development reviews, remuneration reviews, and HRIS implementation.

About you: You are an experienced generalist HR professional or external HR consultant with a passion for helping businesses and leaders develop their best team and business. You enjoy business partnering, influencing, coaching, and relationship-building with leaders, as well as writing excellent reports and internal communications.

You have experience across a range of industries, including professional services, construction, and manufacturing. You will likely hold a tertiary qualification in business, OD, HR/ER, psych, employment law, or similar.

Qualifications
