We are seeking a Business Leader to join our academic team.

The role involves providing strategic leadership for the business discipline, covering undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The appointee will be based at one of our campuses in Australia.

A highly competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate. Relocation support may also be provided where appropriate.

For suitably qualified international candidates, we may consider sponsoring and funding visa application fees, subject to sponsorship approval by the relevant authorities.

Type of Employment: Full-time, 1-year fixed-term contract

Location: Australia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic leadership for the business discipline, covering undergraduate and postgraduate courses at our campuses and online.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality and governance frameworks, including the Higher Education Standards Framework, the National Code, and Professional Associations standards.
  • Supervising and coordinating courses across various campuses.
  • Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
  • Supporting senior leadership in fostering an academic scholarship culture.
  • Maintaining effective communication with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders; collaborating across departments.
  • Participating in governance committees and activities.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to faculty members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' leadership experience.
  • Ability to manage and build strong teams in a collegiate environment, aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Contribution to organizational strategic goals and shared objectives.
