Job Title: Academic Operations Director


About the Role

The position of Academic Operations Director is a key leadership role within the faculty, responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and business planning functions. This includes supporting the Dean and collaborating with the broader Faculty Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies that align with the university's overall goals.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve faculty objectives
  • Provide strategic guidance on resource allocation and budget management
  • Liaise with other faculties and departments to identify opportunities for collaboration and improvement

Requirements
  • Ambitious and results-driven leader with experience in higher education administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
