Job Title: Senior Director of Digital Innovation

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our digital ecosystem. This includes designing, building, and delivering our integrated platform, spanning CRM, AI tools, data dashboards, teacher interfaces, and greenhouse sensor tech.

We are seeking an exceptional leader who has a proven track record in product leadership, technical delivery, or platform implementation. You should have hands-on experience launching EdTech, AI, or automation tools with measurable outcomes, as well as strong technical acumen in system architecture, data platforms, and secure integration. Additionally, you should be able to prioritise and deliver with limited resources, balancing vision and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement our digital ecosystem
- Lead the development and deployment of AI-powered learning tools
- Collaborate with global partners to execute our multi-phase tech roadmap
- Manage vendor relationships and technical architecture
