We are seeking a reliable and proactive Machine Operator to join our team in Thomastown, VIC.
- Inspect bricks for defects and sort accordingly.
- Remove second-class products and place them in the designated carousel.
- Operate machinery and perform routine fault-finding and quality control checks.
- Report unsafe conditions, machinery issues, or near misses.
This is a day shift position working Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with casual overtime available on some Saturdays.
Key Qualifications:- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Previous experience in a production or similar environment (preferred).
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- An attractive hourly rate and benefits package.
