Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key performance indicators including financials and rostering, supervising and coaching team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and delivering high-quality food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Oversee staff performance, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient team operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing restaurants with strong financial and operational results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
