Restaurant Supervisor

Lu Mare is an Italian restaurant located on Wollongong's harbourfront brought to you by the owners of K.Malu and Casa Lu.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in a full-time capacity coming into the summer season.

About the Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations, lead and support the front of house team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Passion for quality food and wine

• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is highly regarded

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
