Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and restaurant operations, with the ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated natural leader who is hands-on and has experience in managing restaurants for at least 2 years. They will also possess a positive 'can do' attitude and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and manage key performance indicators such as financial and rostering performance.
  • Supervise and coach team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure high-quality food and safety standards are met.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing restaurants.
  • A positive 'can do' attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build a cohesive team in a dynamic environment.
