We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne.

This is a unique opportunity to partner with clients and distribution networks to create win-win outcomes, build long-term relationships, and deliver tailored finance solutions that truly make a difference.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with three high-value platinum vendor partners, while also identifying and building new relationships across the Print, IT, and Technology sectors with businesses looking for a trusted finance partner.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Strengthening and expanding relationships with platinum vendor partners
  • Identifying, engaging, and securing new clients across Print, IT, and Technology industries
  • Providing product training and support to partner staff
  • Helping partners increase their sales by delivering the right payment solutions for their clients
  • Structuring and quoting finance transactions to meet client needs
  • Managing your pipeline and driving performance against sales targets

This role offers the perfect balance of autonomy and support – working from your home office, with the flexibility to hot-desk at partner sites across Melbourne.

We're looking for someone who combines financial services expertise with the right mindset. You'll bring :

  • Experience in asset finance, commercial lending, or related products
  • 5+ years in business development, account management, or sales
  • Commercial acumen and a genuine client-first approach
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative nature
  • Confidence with Microsoft products and strong communication skills
