About the Role

The Compliance Risk Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in our organization, ensuring effective oversight of key agreements through auditing, compliance and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee risk-based audit and compliance programs, establishing best practice frameworks
  • Prepare detailed audit scopes, briefs and related activities within defined parameters, aligned with contractual requirements
  • Undertake complex investigations and make recommendations for action based on findings around contractor compliance
  • Draft comprehensive reports, briefs and correspondence on complex issues by monitoring, interpreting and analyzing compliance data
  • Apply contract terms and related plans and policies, conveying specialist concepts to stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, ensuring governance, justification, documentation and record keeping align with operator agreements and related documents
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification and/or experience in auditing, contract management and assurance (mandatory)
  • Competency in reporting, data analysis and presentation (mandatory)
  • Sound understanding and application of advanced analytical tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
  • Strong working knowledge of electronic document record management systems including Content Manager, Outlook, TRIM, Affinitext and Lotus Notes (mandatory)
