The Compliance Risk Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, assessing and mitigating compliance risks across our health sector operations. This will involve working closely with colleagues across different functions to leverage information from relevant systems and identify potential compliance-related issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare compliance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance risk assessments and monitoring strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Analyse data and reports to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on compliance matters to business leaders and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting on compliance activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organisation.
