We provide premium pet care services across eight locations in Australia.

Pet welfare, cleaning, and customer service are our top priorities.

  • Pet Welfare: Ensure the quality of care for boarding pet guests, including kennel cleaning, feeding, basic washing/grooming, and exercising pets.
  • Cleaning: Maintain a hygienic environment for our guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service when engaging with clients at pick-up and drop-off on reception.

About You

We seek reliable, motivated, and experienced individuals who genuinely love animals. To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be certified in animal studies or have relevant experience working in vet clinics, doggy daycares, kennels, or catteries.
  • Be available to work during school holidays and weekends, with flexibility to work extra shifts.
  • Be willing to rotate rostered shifts and occasionally cover unplanned absences.
  • Have a strong passion for companion animals.
  • Be a good communicator and enjoy teamwork.

This is a physically demanding role that requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, restraining, bending, kneeling, squatting, and standing for most of your shift.

Premium Pet Care Role Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet pets & their owners.
  • Run front-of-house reception and general administration duties.
  • Manage the phones to take bookings and answer telephone enquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service and continually find ways to improve the customer experience.
