You have a proven track record in building the operational backbone of account management, from account planning and client RAG reporting to scalable frameworks that empower account managers to operate strategically and deliver consistent, high-value outcomes.

What You Bring

With 8+ years of experience owning strategic client portfolios and driving measurable growth, and 3+ years leading teams in sales, customer success, or account management, you possess the ideal blend of skills and expertise to succeed in this role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience turning complex client needs into commercial wins.
  • Experience within a System Integrator, delivering transformation across Business Application, Transformation Advisory, Integration, Cloud, Security, AI, and Managed Services.
  • Ability to build deep, trusted relationships with senior executives.
