As a Performance Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional performance testing services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver performance testing projects
  • Develop and implement performance testing strategies to ensure high-quality results
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in performance testing, with expertise in Micro Focus LoadRunner tool. They should have strong knowledge of vugen scripting, workload modeling, scenario creation, and report preparation. Additionally, they should be well-versed in HTTP/HTML protocol and possess good communication skills. Proficiency in documenting (Microsoft Excel, Word) and networking basics (Firewall, DNS, Proxies) is also essential.

Apart from technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. They should also be able to work effectively in a flexible and remote working culture, with minimal supervision.
