Job Description

About the role- full-time,12-month fixed term contract.
  • Implement the Non-Functional Requirement testing framework
  • Implement quantitative test process measurement techniques and adapt Non-Functional testing industry best practices and trends to internal needs
  • Collaborate with the Test Management Centre of Excellence and Enablement (CoEE) to define a test strategy relevant for the specific needs of a project or program
  • Understand, analyse and track emerging trends, provide recommendations of new tools, techniques and methodologies
  • Collaborate with the Test Management CoEE and Stakeholders to strategise and align long term solutions for Non-Functional testing
  • Work with the Test Managers, Test & Release group and stakeholders to develop and maintain the Enterprise Non-Functional Testing strategy/plan, framework, tools and artefacts
  • Provide practical solution to complex product testing
  • Review product requirements, functional and design specifications to determine and prepare Non-Functional test plans and test cases
  • Update and maintain Non-Functional test scripts to accommodate changes in software requirements, features, or architecture
  • Improve the quality of Production releases and minimise production incidents via strategic risk-driven automated testing across all levels and phases of testing
  • Through retrospectives, identify and implement continuous improvements to test management processes and artefacts related to Non-Functional Requirements
  • Actively contribute and participate during communities of practice, contributing to growth and capability building of self and others within the Test Management team
About you
  • Demonstrated experience initialising, developing and maintaining frameworks using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, TOSCA
  • Hands on experience creating scripts for data generation and relevant languages, like Python for JMeter
  • Strong understanding and experience of STLC functions, including functional and non-functional testing
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC process
  • Strong knowledge of systems architecture and testing trends in an enterprise environment
