We are seeking a Support Worker to provide tailored employment support to individuals with disabilities.
- Providing career coaching to enhance workplace confidence and communication skills.
- Developing job-seeking strategies that accommodate physical limitations and reduce the risk of burnout.
- Guiding clients through understanding employer expectations, workplace culture, and professional communication.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience in employment coaching, career support, or library services.
- Strong communication skills to assist in developing workplace confidence and navigating professional interactions.
- Disability awareness and understanding of physical accessibility barriers.
- Adaptability to tailor career strategies to individual client goals and challenges.
- Professionalism and reliability to provide structured, outcome-focused support.
