We are seeking a skilled Careers Coach to join our team. In this role, you will work with individuals to explore their career goals and aspirations, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
• Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health conditions.
• Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
• Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
• Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
• Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
• Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
• Promote the organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
• Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
• Champion the organization's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

About You

You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience or genuine passion for employment services, you're confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into meaningful careers. You're outcomes-focused, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You enjoy understanding an employer's business, its people, culture, and challenges to identify staffing solutions that truly fit. Your relationship-building skills help you connect with clients and employers, while your confidence in delivering training and knowledge of inclusive employment practices enable you to make a lasting impact.

Essential Criteria

• Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
• Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
• Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Current Driver's License - essential
