About the Role

As an In-Work Support Mentor, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Mentor and support participants in maintaining employment, focusing on their individual needs and aspirations.
  2. Provide tailored post-placement and on-the-job assistance to help participants overcome workplace or personal barriers.
  3. Engage with local communities, industries, and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities for the organization.
  4. Monitor placement progress and communicate any risks to relevant team members.
  5. Analyze participants' reported hours and income, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
  6. Maintain clear records of participants' ongoing employment, services provided, and support.
  7. Communicate proactively with team members regarding job loss, potential job loss, or significant reduction in hours.
  8. Represent the organization at networking events, promoting its mission, vision, and values.
