Job Description:

As a mentor in our Disability Employment Services team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with disabilities find and maintain employment. Your mission will be to motivate and support job seekers, identify their strengths, and help them develop the skills needed to succeed in the workforce.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance and coaching, and connect them with job opportunities that match their abilities and interests. Your goal will be to empower individuals to achieve their full potential and live independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners. You should have a customer-focused approach and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

A relevant qualification or experience in mentoring, social work, or a related field would be an advantage. You must also possess basic computer literacy and be willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
