Civil Infrastructure Manager

Construction projects heavily rely on the expertise of Civil Site Engineers, who play a pivotal role in infrastructure development and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring quality, environmental, and safety aspects of the project are thoroughly addressed.
- Preparing inspection test reports and conducting internal audits on project suppliers and subcontractors.
- Leading by example to meet safety KPIs and ensuring project team members and subcontractor supervisors achieve their safety targets.
- Providing support in planning resources, materials, and systems usage within the project.
- Managing operational aspects of work crews to optimize systems and processes effectively.
- Coordinating resource allocation, tracking daily subcontractor resources, and preparing cost plans.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction or engineering environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
