Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and seize new business opportunities within the residential building sector.
- Utilise your extensive network to establish connections with key decision-makers among the top 10-20 builders in Perth.
- Present our comprehensive range of timber and hardware products effectively, emphasising their value proposition to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with small to medium Builders as well as large Corporate Builders.
- Foster relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to overall growth objectives.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales prospects, driving significant contribution to sales targets.
- Sell across a range of building supplies, including Roof Timber, Truss Roof, Wall Framing, Flooring Systems, Doors, Second Fix, Hardies Products, and Brickies Hardware.
- Established relationships with Builders in WA.
- Prior sales experience within the building materials sector is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of the local building sector to foster connections and relationships with local builders.
- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales growth.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient IT skills for streamlined communication and reporting.
- Attractive remuneration package.
- Fully maintained company car provided to the successful candidate.
