About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Scale, manage, and optimize display campaign efforts to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Intl Growth Teams Collaboration: Collaborate with international growth marketing teams to provide strategic input for programmatic brand efforts and drive business results.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Communicate accurate and timely weekly reports on campaign performance to the team and wider stakeholders.
  • Subject-Matter Expertise: Work with Programmatic teams and internal teams to ensure we are at the forefront of performance marketing on programmatic.
  • Team Player: Involvement with other marketing, product, and growth activities as needed to drive business outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Find new ways to improve efficiency both in terms of performance and process.
Requirements
  • At least 6+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on keyboard running display/programmatic campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital landscape across channels, platforms, and digital environments, including programmatic audio, video, and display.
  • Experience working on international marketing campaigns and stakeholders in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of localized campaign efforts.
  • Ability to work with complex cross-functional teams/agencies to build integrated campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand measurement tools and how to measure/optimize campaigns.
