Job Title: Clinical Data Manager

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the organization, collection, and management of data for various projects within the PICU department. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient operation of the PICU by maximizing the quality of patient activity data, analysis of the data, and producing required reports.

The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree in health with significant recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent work experience in complex healthcare settings. A working knowledge of current principles of quality improvement and clinical governance in the context of healthcare is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, organize, and manage data for various projects within the PICU department.
  • Maximize the quality of patient activity data, analyze the data, and produce required reports.
  • Contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives within the PICU department.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in health or equivalent.
  • Significant recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent work experience in complex healthcare settings.
  • Working knowledge of current principles of quality improvement and clinical governance in the context of healthcare.
