Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Job Coach in Warrawong.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience working with people overcoming challenges.

The Job Coach's role is to guide clients towards job readiness and enable opportunities for employment once they are ready for work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Develop relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes;
  • Provide exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, minimum one year's experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieve sustainable employment outcomes;
  • A strong desire to make a positive difference in people's lives.
