Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team as part of our career advancement program.

About the Role

You will be further developing your knowledge and skills as an Occupational Therapist to support adults and children with a variety of presentations.

Your caseload is varied, and the support is thorough. You will work closely with our experienced therapy team to deliver high-quality care to our clients.

About the Career Advancement Program

Our 12-month program provides you with:

  • 12 weeks of intensive induction program with our Therapy Manager and Team Leaders
  • A reduced caseload for your first 3 months
  • Regular clinical supervision and mentoring
  • Quarterly professional development with our team of Occupational Therapists
  • Monthly coaching from our Clinic mentors
  • An allocated buddy to support you through your induction and beyond

You will also have access to our online learning portal, modern technology, and a dedicated administrative and IT team.
