Key Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic nursing care conducting high-level patient assessments and referrals for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • A current and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse is essential.
  • 12 months of oncology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • You must possess strong clinical and problem-solving abilities along with effective care planning and coordination skills.
  • Dedication to quality improvement and evidence-based practice is also expected.
