Business Growth Strategist

Key Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across key industry sectors, conducting regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. As a key point of contact for major projects, tenders, and supplier agreements, you will develop and execute a region sales plan aligned to regional and state growth goals.

  • Develop strategic relationships with customers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance business performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience selling to the construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships with customers and internal stakeholders is crucial.
  • Good commercial awareness, passion, and drive to succeed are essential characteristics for this position.
