About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized and inspirational customer service to ensure a unique and delightful in-store experience for our customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and make recommendations to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects the values of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.
Requirements
  • Previous retail industry experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an advantage.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
