Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and mitigating risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract preparation, negotiation, and administration with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Cost Control: Manage cost control for head contract claims, variations, subcontract claims, and monthly cost reporting.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents.
  • Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Construction management degree or similar relevant tertiary qualification.
